Your rug has arrived! Before you wield your shears or roll it out for battle, take a moment to read these quick tips to keep your loot looking legendary.

• ✂️ Cut carefully: Our rugs are tightly rolled and wrapped for protection. Use scissors or a knife very gently to open the packaging—avoid cutting too deep so you don’t nick the fibers inside.

• 🌀 Let it settle: Like any rolled item, your rug may need a little time to relax. Lay it flat, weight down the corners if needed, and give it 24–48 hours to settle into place.

• 🧹 Vacuum on rollout: A quick vacuum helps the fibers reset and brings the pattern to life after shipping. This is especially helpful for rugs with lots of detail or soft texture.

• 🧵 Loose threads? No big deal. Sometimes you’ll spot a stray thread or two from the surging process (that’s the secure stitching around the edge). Don’t pull—just burn with a lighter or trim flush with scissors and carry on.
